What we solve for

The full-service problems that actually matter.

Tableside ordering that actually saves time

Flex sends the order to the kitchen the moment it’s entered. Servers stop walking back to the counter; turn time drops; tickets stop getting lost.

Tip pooling without spreadsheets

TipHaus handles tip-out calculations across servers, bussers, and BOH staff. Distributions land with payroll, audit trail intact.

Course firing the way the line wants

Courses fire by seat number or by timing rule. Apps and entrées land in the right order without the server having to flag the kitchen.

Reservations + waitlist in the same account

SeatOn (or your preferred reservation tool) reads from the same customer record as your POS and loyalty stack. The host stand has context.

Online ordering without the markup

Menufy gives you a branded ordering site at zero per-order fee. OrderOut consolidates DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub into one feed at the line.

Customer-facing tip prompt

Station Duo’s customer-facing screen puts the tip prompt right in front of the guest at the moment of payment.

Recommended plan

Restaurant Growth — $89.95/mo

Online ordering with Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Google is built in.

Things to know

Full-service considerations.

  • Auto-gratuity rules

Auto-gratuity on parties of 6+ (or your chosen threshold) configured at the device level — applied automatically, disclosed on the check.

  • Server checkout & cash drawer

Each server logs in, runs their own checkout report, and tips out from a single drawer or assigned drawer. No more cash envelopes.

  • Offline mode at peak

When the Wi-Fi blips during a rush, Station and Flex queue payments locally and post when the connection returns. No more lost transactions.

Common questions

From full-service merchants.

? Can we run a small bar alongside the dining room on the same system?
Yes — most full-service operations run one Station at the host stand or main register, plus a second Station or Mini at the bar. Both share the same menu, the same reporting, and the same merchant account.
? What about tableside payments — do customers pay at the table?
Yes. Flex prints a check at the table, accepts the card right there, and prints a receipt — no walking back to the counter. Most restaurants find tip percentages stay flat or rise because customers see the prompt right after the meal.
? How does this work with my POS-side modifiers and menus?
We import or rebuild your existing menu during onboarding. Modifiers, modifier groups, course routing, prep stations — all configured during setup.
