? Can I run Station Duo without the customer-facing screen?

You can — Station Solo is the same hardware without the secondary screen. We can quote either configuration; most full-service restaurants pick the Duo because the customer-facing tip prompt drives noticeably better tip percentages.

? Does it work with my existing receipt printer or cash drawer?

The Duo ships with a built-in printer, so you don’t need an external one. Most cash drawers connect through the integrated hub — we confirm compatibility before we ship.

? What if my restaurant goes offline?

Clover supports offline payment caching on Station Duo — transactions queue locally and post when the connection comes back. We configure this when we provision your device.
