About Flex.

? How long does the battery last?

Most merchants get a full shift (8–10 hours of normal use) on a charge. The charging dock keeps it ready between shifts.

? Is 4G included?

4G is an optional capability for when Wi-Fi isn’t available. If you enable it, the data plan is disclosed on your proposal. Wi-Fi-only usage carries no extra fee.

? Can I use Flex as my only device?

Yes — many food trucks, popups, and mobile services run on Flex alone. For higher-volume operations we usually pair it with a Station or Mini at the counter.
