? Can I use Arca Online with my existing website?

Yes — most merchants embed the hosted checkout via an iframe or button on their site. For deeper customization, the developer API supports server-to-server flows. We help with the embed during onboarding.

? Do I need a separate merchant account?

No — your one Arca processing account handles in-person, online, mobile, and invoicing. Same rate (priced differently for card-present vs card-not-present) and the same dashboard.

? How are refunds handled?

Refunds are issued from the dashboard or via API. They settle out of the same account; chargebacks follow the standard Visa/MC dispute timelines.
