You see the rate

Whether you’re a platform sharing revenue or an agent selling our service, the rate card and the residual schedule are visible. No buy rates, no opaque “portfolio markup.”

You own the merchant

Your merchants are yours. If you ever want to leave, the book moves with you (subject to the standard portability terms in your partner agreement).

We won’t poach

We don’t cross-sell into your accounts behind your back. Arca grows when you grow, not by skimming the merchants you bring us.

? How do I know which program fits me?
If you’re a SaaS platform or a franchise wanting to embed payments, head to arcapayment.com — that’s the enterprise side. If you’re a business owner or advisor referring 1–5 merchants a year, the referral program is the right fit. If you do merchant services or POS sales professionally, the agent program is for you.
? How fast does a referral get paid?
You get an activation bonus when the merchant is provisioned (typically within 30 days of the referral). Residuals start the month they begin processing, paid monthly thereafter.
? Can I bring an existing book over as an agent?
Yes — that’s the most common path. We handle the boarding migration for each merchant, including hardware swaps where needed. Your residuals on the moved book start on the first complete processing month after migration.
? What does Arca actually do for partners after the merchant signs?
Underwriting, risk, customer service, dispute paperwork, hardware fulfillment, and statement generation are all run by Arca. Your job ends at the introduction (referral) or at the close (agent). The merchant calls our support number, not yours.
? Do I need to be a licensed ISO?
For the referral program, no — you’re introducing leads, not transacting. For the agent program, the requirements depend on your state and the volume you intend to write. We walk through it during application review.
