A retail stack that doesn’t fight your inventory.
Real SKU-level inventory, gift cards that work online and in-store, loyalty for repeat customers, and a single account that syncs your in-store and e-commerce sales into the same dashboard.
- Clover Station or Mini for the counter — Tap to Pay for events
- Thrive Inventory at the SKU and variant level
- Sync with Shopify, Woo, or BigCommerce via Kosmos eSync
The retail problems that actually matter.
Inventory at the SKU + variant level
Thrive Inventory tracks size, color, and SKU variants — not just product names. Reorder thresholds, low-stock alerts, and multi-location stock visibility.
Gift cards that work everywhere
Sell physical or digital cards online; redeem in-store or online. Balances synced in real time across channels.
Customer + loyalty in one record
Fivestars and the built-in Customers app share the same customer ID. You see lifetime spend, last visit, and loyalty status all in one place.
Online + in-store, one inventory
Kosmos eSync keeps your Shopify, Woo, or BigCommerce catalog in sync with your Clover catalog. Sell one online, sell another in-store — counts update both ways.
Returns and exchanges, properly tracked
Returns reverse the original transaction (including loyalty points), update inventory, and post correctly to your accounting integration.
Markdowns and promotions on schedule
Schedule price changes for sales — they go live and revert automatically. No manual price tag swapping at 9pm on Sunday.

-
Multi-location reporting
Several stores roll up to one Arca account with consolidated and per-location reporting. Same merchant rate across locations once you’re above the volume threshold.
-
Returns policy in the system
Return windows, restocking fees, and required reason codes are configured at the device. The receipt prints with the policy at the bottom — no “but the sign said.”
-
Pop-up and event support
Add Tap to Pay or Clover Go for trunk shows and pop-ups. All sales settle to the same account; inventory adjusts accordingly.
-
If you want the value single-screen register
Station Solo is the lower-cost single-screen option, but it’s chip and swipe only — no contactless tap. If your customers tap, choose the Station Duo or the Mini instead.
-
Liquor & age-restricted retail
For liquor, online sales are card-present only, and the extra age-verification and compliance apps add cost. We spec the right setup during onboarding.

? Can I run two locations on different rates?
? What inventory tool do you recommend?
? Can I sell on Shopify and accept those payments on the same Arca account?
Same backbone, different stack.
