About statement comparisons.

? Do I have to commit to switching?
No. The audit and proposal are at no cost. Sometimes a statement we review shows the merchant is already getting a competitive rate (often because they’ve negotiated hard) — in those cases we tell them so.
? What if my statement is hard to read?
They almost always are — that’s on purpose, not your fault. Photos, multi-page PDFs, even scans of paper statements all work. We’ll ask follow-up questions if anything’s ambiguous.
? How long does it take?
One business day for most statements. Multi-location or complex setups can take 2–3 business days; we tell you up front if yours falls into that bucket.
? Can you compare statements from multiple locations?
Yes — send them all in the same message. We aggregate volume across locations to find the right pricing tier and quote a single rate that applies to all of them.
? What if I don’t have my latest statement?
Use whatever you have. Even a 3-month-old statement gets us in the right ballpark. We’ll refine the proposal once your current statement is available.
